Anthony K. Zand is an associate in our San Jose office of Borton Petrini, LLP. Anthony is a native of the Santa Clara Valley and attended Bellermine College Preparatory where he received the Spirit Award and Leadership Award. Anthony received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis in 2006, the same university where his father received his medical degree. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2009.

Anthony’s areas of practice are business litigation, debt collection, creditor rights, employment and regulatory/administrative law. Anthony has past experience clerking at a civil debt collection defense/bankruptcy firm and the Federal Public Defenders office as well as business and editorial experience while working at LexisNexis.

Anthony is a member of the Santa Clara County and San Francisco County Bar Associations and is admitted to practice law by the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California.

In Anthony’s free time he enjoys playing soccer and running a soccer website.
