Anthony K. ZandAssociateSan Jose Office Anthony K. Zand is an associate in our San Jose office of Borton Petrini, LLP. Anthony is a native of the Santa Clara Valley and attended Bellarmine College Preparatory where he received the General Excellence and Spirit Awards. Anthony received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis and his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law. Anthony’s areas of practice are business litigation, creditor rights, debt collection, employment, and regulatory law. Anthony’s past legal experience includes clerking at a consumer debt collection defense firm and at the Federal Public Defenders Office. Anthony also worked as a legal editor at LexisNexis reviewing manuscripts prior to publication. Anthony is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, the San Francisco County Bar Association and the Central Coast Claims Association. Anthony is admitted to practice law by the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California. In Anthony’s free time he enjoys playing soccer and building computers. |
