Ben earned his undergraduate degree at the University of California at Santa Cruz, and then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate at Ventura College of Law where he became interested in trial practice and civil litigation. While in law school, Ben worked full time for a large insurance company’s in-house legal department as a law clerk. Ben gained valuable trial practice experience assisting in defending cases which included large catastrophic loss cases, construction defect, mold litigation, motor vehicle accidents, and slip/trip and fall accidents. After his admission to the Bar, Ben was the sole litigation attorney for a law firm in Clovis until he joined Borton Petrini, LLP. During this time he gained a better perspective and more experience handling a large array of cases in litigation and achieving optimal results for his clients. Ben specializes in civil litigation involving personal injury, catastrophic injury, premises liability, trucking, employment law, products liability and collections. Ben is experienced in trial, binding and non-binding arbitration and mediation, trucking law, underinsured/uninsured motorists, commercial litigation, general corporate law, professional malpractice, business litigation and agricultural law. Ben was raised in Southern California where he attended high school and junior college before transferring to UC Santa Cruz and attending law school in Ventura, California. Ben represents his clients aggressively and prides himself on maintaining excellent relationships with his clients through communication and objective legal analysis. Ben has earned his clients’ respect through his thorough case handling and persistence in litigation. Ben is a member of the State Bar of California, Fresno County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, American Bar Association, and California’s Young Lawyer Association. Ben represents Borton Petrini, LLP in the Fresno Chamber of Commerce. In his spare time, Ben plays basketball, tennis and golf. He also enjoys travel and photography. |
