Kaitlyn Q. ThinhAttorneySan Bernardino Office Kaitlyn Q. Thinh is an attorney in the San Bernardino office of Borton Petrini, LLP. She received her B.S. degree in 2004 from California State University, Long Beach, in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Real Estate and Law, graduating Cum Laude. Upon graduation, she went to Nova Southeastern University School of Law, Florida, where she received her Juris Doctorate in 2007, with Pro Bono Honor. During law school, Kaitlyn was President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, Secretary of the Health Law Students’ Society and a recipient of the Public Interest Scholarship award. After her first year, she worked as a law clerk for the City Attorney’s Office in Santa Ana, California. Kaitlyn’s areas of specialty are business, corporate & partnership transactions, business litigation, employment law, civil litigation and insurance defense. Kaitlyn is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and the Orange County Asian American Bar Association. She is fluent in Vietnamese. |
