Denetta EJ Scott is an attorney in the San Bernardino office of Borton Petrini, LLP. She received her undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University in 1999. Denetta went on to attend Whittier College of Law in Costa Mesa, California. During law school, Denetta was Treasurer for the Black Law Student Association and a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Board. She received her Juris Doctorate from Whittier College of Law in 2002.

At the Firm, Denetta’s primary areas of practice are commercial litigation, real estate, business litigation and insurance.

Denetta is a member of Business Network International, Black Women Lawyers, Society of Human Resource Management, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in California and the District of Columbia.
