Roxanne ReynaAssociateSan Bernardino Office Roxanne Reyna is an Associate in the San Bernardino office of Borton Petrini, LLP. She did her undergraduate work at the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Roxanne received her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in 2004. Roxanne was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Civil Pretrial Practice and Procedure and the Thurgood Marshall Fellowship Award. During law school, she interned at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. She has also served as a judicial extern to Justice Miriam A. Vogel, California Court of Appeal, Second District. For the past several years, Roxanne has focused on litigation effecting the rights and safety of elders and dependant adults. Roxanne has also practiced in the areas of plaintiff personal injury, civil rights, trust and estate administration, and probate litigation. Roxanne’s primary areas of practice at the Firm are civil litigation, civil rights, elder abuse, probate litigation, and trust administration. Roxanne is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California. She is also a member of the Los Angeles Bar Association, San Bernardino Bar Association, and the Mexican-American Bar Association. Roxanne is fluent in Spanish. |
