Bradley A. Post is the Managing Partner in the Modesto Office of the Law Firm of Borton Petrini, LLP. Brad received his undergraduate degree from the University of the Pacific in 1981. He attended McGeorge School of Law, obtaining his J.D. in 1986 and was admitted to the Bar the same year.

Brad is a specialist in cases dealing with agricultural litigation, product liability, motor vehicle defense, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, civil rights violations, public entity law, premises liability, construction defect, and business litigation.

Several agricultural law cases have been part of Brad’s litigation work. These have included cases involving spray drift, negligent application of pesticides, PCA and PCO negligence and the application of FIFRA. He has handled the defense of farmers, chemical suppliers, PCAs, PCOs, farm equipment manufacturers and aerial spray applicators. Some of the crops involved in Brad’s defense work include almonds, walnuts, prunes, peaches, onions, corn and grapes.

Brad has provided representation in more than 75 product liability cases. Just a few of the products in question include bean harvesters, almond sweepers, spray applicators, punch presses, cheese molders, cannery sorters, exercise equipment, ladders, and chairs, etc. Some of the issues handled in his property-related cases include electrical fires, negligent security, water damage, and insurance fraud. In addition to his particular areas of specialty, Brad has experience in a broad range of cases, including accident and health insurance issues, medical malpractice, attorney malpractice, realtor and insurance errors and omissions, bad faith litigation, construction defects, and trucking law. Brad also is familiar with the appellate process, having handled successful appeals pertaining to the use of trial expert testimony, attorney conflicts and FIFRA regulations.

Brad also is well versed in corporate law including the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and limited liability partnerships.

Brad stays on the cutting-edge of his profession through memberships in several legal and professional organizations. Among these are the State Bar of California, the Stanislaus County Bar Association, for which he is currently President and has been on the Board of Directors for seven years, and the American Bar Association.

Brad has been admitted to practice before all of the California District Courts and is a member of Mid Valley Claims Association, Modesto Claims Association and the Association of Defense Counsel, Northern California.

Brad does his part to serve and promote his community. He is actively involved in the Modesto Chamber of Commerce and he is a board member and prior president of the Stanislaus County Society for Handicapped Children and Adults.

Brad is married to Deena Post and they have two daughters, Kathleen Grace and Caroline Christine.
