Manish ParikhAttorneySacramento Office Manish Parikh is an attorney in the Sacramento office of Borton Petrini, LLP. Manish received his undergraduate degree in commerce in 1995, and his Bachelor of Law degree in 1999 from Delhi University, India. He earned his Masters of Law Diploma in U.S. Legal Studies from Golden Gate University, San Francisco in 2002. Mr. Parikh specializes in business litigation, corporate formation and transaction, administrative law, lemon law cases, immigration, construction defect, and international law. Manish was the chief executive officer of Legal BPO for three years, where he provided leadership in setting the vision, business plan, and operating plan to provide paralegal services to law firms and corporations. He also helped Health+Cast, LLC and its directors defend an $84 million lawsuit in Federal District Court, Boise, Idaho. Manish uses his business and legal experience to assist his commercial clients with their transactional and litigation issues. Manish is licensed to practice in California and India. He previously handled intellectual property cases, labor matters, and corporate transactions and litigations for his business clients in India. Manish uses this unique knowledge of law in two different countries to help his international clients deal with legal issues arising in India and the U.S. Manish can communicate with the Indian community not only in English, but their native languages of Hindi, Gujarati and Punjabi. Manish is married to Tulsi M. Parikh, and they have one son, Arav Parkih. |
