Randy A. LopezAttorneyLos Angeles Office Randy A. Lopez is an attorney in the Los Angeles Office of Borton Petrini, LLP. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology, Law and Society. Prior to law school, Randy participated in an advanced spanish language program at the Universidad de Veritas in San Jose, Costa Rica. Randy received his Juris Doctorate from The University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law in 2007, where he served terms as President and Vice-President of the Student Bar Association, President of the Latino Law Students Association, and an Ares Fellow. During law school, Randy served as co-counsel on a matter for the law school’s Pro Bono Ninth Circuit Program. Randy and his classmates successfully argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of a Guatemala immigrant. Randy brings a wide variety of legal experience to Borton Petrini, LLP, which includes business and commercial litigation, contract law, employment law, family law, general tort liability, healthcare law and trade secrets. Randy has experience in arbitrations, jury trials and mediations. Randy is currently a member of the Young Professionals of Pasadena and a Arizona Law Ambassador - Los Angeles for the University of Arizona College of Law. Outside of the office, Randy enjoys playing softball, basketball, soccer, golf and tennis. He also enjoys hiking and Arizona athletics. |
