Elizabeth W. LawleyPartnerSacramento Office Elizabeth W. Lawley is a Partner in the Sacramento office of Borton Petrini, LLP. She received her undergraduate degree from the Seattle University in Seattle, Washington in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. She received her Certificate in International Legal Studies from McGeorge School of Law followed by her Juris Doctorate from Cal Northern School of Law in 1999. Elizabeth’s primary areas of emphasis at Borton Petrini, LLP are civil litigation, construction litigation, ADA cases, insurance matters, premises liability, personal injury, and real estate. Before entering the legal field, Elizabeth worked as a legal intern for the California Environmental Protection Agency researching specific points of law for the Department of Toxic Substance Control. Her experience as an intern for the El Dorado County Public Defender’s Office included extensive research in the California Penal Code and California’s three-strike laws. Elizabeth’s memberships include the State Bar of California and the Sacramento Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in United States District Court for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California. |
