She received her undergraduate degree from the Seattle University in Seattle, Washington in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. She received her Certificate in International Legal Studies from McGeorge School of Law followed by her Juris Doctorate from Cal Northern School of Law in 1999. Elizabeth’s primary areas of emphasis at Borton Petrini, LLP are construction related litigation, real estate litigation, business litigation, personal injury and civil rights issues including ADA. Elizabeth’s experience with construction cases includes defect, contract and injury litigation. She has represented many industry leaders such as Kimball Hill Homes, Old Country Roofing, Regis Contractors of Northern California and Valley Window Setters. Elizabeth is married to Jason Lawley and has two children, son Alex and daughter Carolyn. |
