Sophia Kim SakamotoAttorneyLos Angeles Office Sophia Kim Sakamoto is an attorney in the Los Angeles Office of Borton Petrini, LLP. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. Sophia received her Juris Doctorate from The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2008, where she was involved in the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and the Young Tax Lawyers Association. During law school, Sophia was a law clerk for an Estate Planning Attorney handling matters in Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Probate, and Business Law. Sophia also studied Fundamental Human Rights in Europe and the U.S. under Supreme Court Justice Anthony M. Kennedy in Salzburg, Austria. Sophia brings a wide variety of legal experience to Borton Petrini, LLP, which includes trust and estate law, business and commercial litigation, contract law, real estate litigation, employment law, and general tort liability. Sophia is currently involved in the Korean American Bar Association of Los Angeles and she is an active member of Business Networks International. Outside of the office, Sophia enjoys cooking, travelling, and listening to music. |
