Borton Petrini, LLP’s Modesto office provides a full range of family law services, under the direction of Senior Counsel John J. Hollenback, Jr. A 33-year veteran attorney, Mr. Hollenback is board-certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization. Since 1989, he has concentrated his practice in family law cases in Stanislaus County, Merced County, San Joaquin, and Tuolumne County. He also handles appeals in family law cases in the Third Appellate District (Sacramento) and the Fifth Appellate District (Fresno).

The Firm is prepared to represent its clients in settlement or negotiation of cases involving child custody and visitation; child support and spousal support; division of marital assets and debts; non-marital partnership disputes; and the preparation of premarital agreements. While facilitating settlements where possible, Borton Petrini, LLP also recognizes the need to afford family law clients with a full range of litigation services covering pretrial motions (custody and support) and trial if a negotiated resolution cannot be resolved.
