Diana L. Marti is an attorney in the Bakersfield office of Borton Petrini, LLP. She received her Bachelor of Art’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon in 2001. Upon graduation, she went to Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego. After her first year, Diana participated in a study abroad program at Hosstra University in Nice, France, with an emphasis in international law. Throughout law school, Diana was also on the Mock Trial team, and participated in several nationwide competitions. While in San Diego, she was also a member of the San Diego Lawyers Club. She received her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2004, graduating Cum Laude.

At the Firm, Diana’s areas of specialty are insurance defense, personal injury, construction defect, premises liability and property disputes. Recently, she successfully defensed an arbitration on behalf of the Kroeger Foods Company in a slip-and-fall case.

In her free time, Diana enjoys to travel, spend time with her family and friends, and remodel her home.
