Gina M. CervantesAttorneyBakersfield Office Gina M. Cervantes is an attorney in the Bakersfield office of Borton Petrini, LLP. She received her undergraduate degree from California State University Fresno with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. She received her Juris Doctorate from California Pacific School of Law where she actively participated on the Moot Court Team, and was the Student Bar President, Treasurer and Representative. Gina’s primary area of practices with Borton Petrini, LLP are civil litigation, business litigation and transactions, and land use. She actively works with local small business owners as well as large corporation such as The Corky McMillin Companies. Gina has lived in the community for over 30 years and is familiar with the history and future of the San Joaquin Valley. Gina is a member of the California State Bar Association, the Kern County Bar Association, the Kern County Women’s Bar Association, Kern County Young Lawyers Association and the Bakersfield Breakfast Rotary. She is also admitted to practice in United States District Court, Eastern District of California. Outside the office, Gina actively participates in high school varsity and junior varsity football programs and has been a long-time supporter of Jack Frost Youth Football. |
