Gail Stimmell BrazeSenior AssociateBakersfield Office Gail Braze is a Senior Associate in the Bakersfield office of Borton Petrini, LLP. Gail Stimmell Braze has been practicing law for almost twenty years. Gail did her undergraduate work at Fresno State University and received her law degree from Whittier College School of Law. Gail specializes in litigation, including family law, wills and trusts, and probate. In addition to large firm experience, Gail maintained her own law office in Petaluma, California for eight years where she handled a variety of matters, including personal injury, medical malpractice, family law, trust litigation, business litigation, corporate formation, probate, wills and trusts. In the large firm experience, Gail handled insurance defense litigation, and bad faith defense. She has also handled extensive asbestos defense litigation and health care litigation, including elder abuse. She has tried several cases to verdict. While in Sonoma County, Gail was a former commissioner on the Sonoma County Commission on the Status of Women and a former director on the Boys and Girls Club of Petaluma Board of Directors. She is an avid gardener, quilter and raises German shepherd dogs. She also enjoys horseback riding and horse training. |
