Regulatory and Administrative Law

Our years of experience in regulatory and administrative law have well prepared us for representing our clients effectively and efficiently. Many attorneys in our practice group have served and currently serve as city attorneys and representatives on commissions and regulatory boards. Often called upon to advise and consult on matters of administrative and legislative agendas, we practice before boards and regulators at the local, state and federal level, including before government, licensing and disciplinary boards.

Our long history of litigating tort and personal injury suits arising under the California Tort Claims Act, of defending Federal Civil Rights actions and DFEH public entity employment discrimination actions is the reason our attorneys in this practice group have been successful in providing the necessary expertise unique to the representation of cities, counties, school districts, special districts and other California governmental entities routinely faced with a diverse range of lawsuits.
